the staff at silverbirch hotel were amazin! patrick helped me out when i arrived and made everything so easy, i was stressed out due to bus issues but he was super kind. abbie in the mornin was really helpful too, pointed me to where i could grab breakfast. the room was comfy and cleaned really well. overall, it turned my night from stressful to super chill. thanks guys!
the only downside was that the decor in the restaurant felt kinda plain and also i wish there were more veggie options on the menu.

Awesome staff and food!
Just stayed one night and wow! The peeps at the desk were super helpful, especially Patrick at check-in. I was in a jam with bus issues and he made it so much easier. Abbie in the morning pointed me to a great breakfast spot. The packed lunch offering was a lifesaver too. Only wish the food menu had more options.

I enjoyed the food here. The staff offered a packed lunch when I skipped breakfast, which was great. I have stayed in many places, but this was the first time I found everything I ordered to be tasty. I appreciate quality food, especially visiting from South Korea where dining experiences are important.
